This is a lovely transparent grass that shields a view, but which can be seen through, so excellent as part of a mixed planting scheme. Growing to c 1.8m x 60cm it has lovely slender mid green leaves that turn golden in the autumn, but which in late summer are topped by long wands of soft purple flowerheads, which turn brown gold as they age. One of our favourites.
