Geranium 'Max Frei' is a delightful, compact, clump-forming perennial, growing to c 15cm tall, with spreading rhizomes. It has dark green leaves with deep, narrow lobes and produces abundant purple-pink flowers in summer, over quite an extended period. Great for ground cover at the front of a herbaceous border, and good for attracting pollinators. Will grow in sun or semi shade on any decent, well drained soil.
