DESCRIPTION
Cornflower is one of the easiest flowers to grow and the masses of colourful flower heads produced will be simply stunning. Also known as Bachelor's Buttons, they were traditionally worn by horse riders in the show ring.
You cannot have a cottage garden without the lovely blue flowers of this popular annual. Double Blue produces beautiful, tall stems for a lovely cut flower at an approximate height of 60cm.

In shallow drills in weed free flowering site of just rake into surface to create an eye catching mass display. Can also be sown in sheltered position in September for an early Spring flowering.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Plants should not be transplanted. Thin out to avoid overcrowding. Leaving plants fairly close helps to give support.

Regular cutting of flowers promotes new growth all Summer long. A lovely cut flower.
