One of the more compact, hardy and floriferous of the rock roses, Cistus 'Silver Pink' makes a neat bushy mound of grey green elliptical evergreen leaves, smothered in summer with open five petalled rose like papery silver pink flowers with yellow centres, very attractive to pollinators. In a sheltered south facing spot in full sun with well drained soil this plant may reach c 90cm high by 75cm wide, but should be sheltered from drying winds and excess winter wet. It is hardy to -10% in the right location, but in more exposed spots would require winter protection.
