'Tosai' is a compact, mound-forming, deciduous to semi-evergreen perennial with pinnate, hairy, glossy, mid- to bright green basal leaves and slender stems bearing exceptionally bright orange flowers in spring and early summer. Maximum height 50 and spread 40cm. Easy to grow in any moist but well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
